The greatest appeal of solid surface is its seamless and sanitary nature. The gel coat surface finish makes them impervious to bacteria and staining,thus eliminating most of the problems exhibited in natural stone. Solid surface engineered composites can be joined with no gaps, which eliminates areas for water to collect and bacteria to grow. Scratched, broken, or has undergone years of wear and tear can, in most cases, can be repaired quickly by a certified solid surface repair company or trained fabricator.
